sick of feeling sick

For over 20 years I've been told that it is the stress in my life(I do have considerable stress), I'm getting older, or simply nothing wrong with you. A neuro once asked my primary doc if I was a "reliable patient"

Symptoms
extreme fatigue, even if I sleep for 10 hours
brain fog, problems with concentration, memory  
vertigo - positional with movement
joint pain , stiffness  with or without swelling
joint deformity from "arthritis" said 1 doc..."nothing to do at this point"
hair loss..."female patterened baldness"
weight gain
muscle aches constant
muscle weekness    just trying to hold a blow dryer can be painful!
occasionally drool while eating, or speaking, taking a sip of liquid out of a cup and spilling it out of my mouth
Occasionaly choke on food
sparodic sores in nose
sparodic numbness on face, usualy one side only
occasional burning, numb skin sensation
Was hypothyroid in my 30's , had a nodule removed...T4 0.91  and TSH 1.77 now "normal"
dry eyes
heat sensitivity, heat exhaustion w/in a short time
negative ANA
stage 3 kidney disease
low grade fever  often 99.0 to 99.9
bruise easily
depression  treated w/meds
anxiety

Welcome to the forum.
Wow!
GAD would be just another "symptom" or consequence of a systemic neuro-degenerative / autoimmune condition.
The fact that it remains mis-diagnosed and undiagnosed and having this plethora of issues in different parts and systems of the body, is indicative of a wide-spread  underlying pathogenic infection.
Look into Borellia, Lyme and Pathogenic Mycoplasma infections as your
symptomology is consistent with such infections.
Only LLMDs and mycoplasma experts can diagnose these infections.
Look up Dr Garth Nicolson as he is one of the leading experts in this field.
Please do proper research in this area.

Is it possible that you have generalized anxiety?  Google it and look at the symptoms. I was just diagnosed with it and you sound exactly just like I did and still do.
