sjogren?

i have dry and burning eyes, feeling  dryness in lips.
within day, i feel colds accompanying burning eyes and sometimes fever.
is this sjgoren?

i was at an eye specialist 2 days ago and he said eye redness is not related to sjogren.
i am confused!

The burning eyes might be Sjogrens. To reassure you, Sjogrens can be positive with negative blood tests. Mine were inconclusive, but they did a lip biopsy where was positive. I had severely dry mouth, dry eyes, and neurological issues. They take a little bit of skin off your lip and test it. If it is positive you probably have Sjogrens. You need to see a specialist, a rheumatologist who understands complex autoimmune conditions.
