At what level do doctors diagnose IgA deficiency?

I had a blood test in June 2020 my IgA was 0.63, I had a re test done at the beginning of December and my IGA is now 0.51 the range is (0.70-4.00 ) can anyone tell me what level it has to be to be classed as a IgA deficiency? My doctor is clueless
