My body hates me

I have SLE diagnosed 04 but I also have severe muscle jerking, loss of muscle control, and very odd sensations. I'm to the point I have started to have severe uncontrollable jerking because of a that annoying feeling when your limbs are falling asleep but my arms and rarely my legs will start flayling and I look like someone going through DTs' to the point I have to walk for hours straight and when this happens I have lost coordination more so than usual. I walk to the point of exhaustion and it seems the episodes are getting more frequent and I will not be able to deal with that alone and I don't know what to do. My husband is thinking about having me put down at the vets office lol. I went from a healthy career USAF soldier to a shell of what I was. I also have rapid eye movement too like a speed reader. I hope someone might have an idea of what it is I do have a great neurologist who is in constant touch with the other specialists I see. Thanks for letting me vent.

Jenny I can tell you what to do cause I've been threw the same thing. You need to get checked for seizures. Thats how I started by my arms and legs just jerking out of control, no matter what I did my arms would just fly out and man when your trying to control your muscles when they don't want to listen hurts.
It is no big deal when your tested you just lay there with wires hooked to your head, you look like you have a new age weird hairdo.
Talk to your neuro, thats what I did.
