What could this be?

Hi,
I've been having minor yet annoying health problems for the past three years.   IT all started with a stroke like episode that left me weak  and numb on the left side.  I was given a lot of bloodwork a tremendous amount of tests including seven brain MRIs two MRAs an LP Thyroid tests an opthamologic exam and really got no diagnosis. I was told I had two unknown spots on my brain a venous angioma, scar tissue, and spinal fluid.   Af one point the neurologist felt i had an aneurysm. That turned out negative.   After the numbess I had a bout with a lot of muscle spasms in my arms legs and torso. Then I had a lot of trouble with my joints.    I was diagnosed with migraines, Benign Fascuilition syndrom, hypothryoidism. hypertension and GERD. I also was diagnosed with Raynaud's Phenomenon, polyarthritis with an unknown cause and trigeminal neurolgia.  I'm on synthroid, hydrochlothorizide, aciphex, mobic and plaquenil, and a baby asprin.  My problem is most days I'm exhausted and while not in a lot of pain I'm very very achy and it makes it so tough to function.  I teach first grade and most nights by eight I cant stay awake.  I'm only 44 and I just dont thi nk I should feel like this does anyone have any ideas where to go from here?  I think my thryoid is not balanced but the dr says its fine.  Maybe one or two days a month I feel normal so it is possible Anyone have any ideas of something maybe we're all missing.  Thanks for your help

What triggered your stroke like episode?  Did it occur randomly or was there an obvious trigger?  I've had similiar symptoms, which also followed two stroke like incidents. I'd be happy to help, if I can.
