any vitamins especially for autoimmune besides C?

I have endometriosis stage 4, fibromyalgia, IBS, CFS, RLS, PLMD, rheumatoid arthritis, and have seen 26 doctors in the past 20 years.  I am on 9 medications for muscle spasm and pain, including fentanyl patches.  I also take vitamins B, C, D, E, sea kelp, msn, Acidophilus, Beta-3, Magnesium, Zinc, and drink a protein shake in the mornings I am able to get out of bed to make one.  Are there any other vitamins that have especially helped anyone?  I make sure I use parabem-free products and organic detergent for clothing.  I am still in extreme pain almost every day and have only about 3-4 days per month that I am able to get out of the house.  I am 43 years old and have never been able to have children, although I have tried almost every way possible.  My current doctor is telling me that is one way to get rid of a lot of my symptoms, especially the ones connected with endometriosis, which i have had since I was 19.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks so much for all your recommendations!  I was tested for any problems with my thyroid and they all came out negative, however I have been working with a naturopath and showed them the list you made for me 2 years ago, and they have put me on several natural anti-candida supplements which have helped quite a bit.  I really appreciate all the information you have. Did you ever experience hyperthyroidism?  I have difficulties gaining weight, and have anemia which I take blackstrap molasses for, since my partial bowel obstruction from the endo adhesions makes it dangerous to take the iron pills.  If you have any new information about dealing with the conditions I have, that would be much appreciated!

I am so grateful for all your help! thanks for the comprehensive list of things to 'do' to increase my ph and get rid of my candida.  I still have symptoms, but after I realized the vitamin E I was taking contained soy, many of the symptoms calmed down.  I began taking 'Yeast Free' supplement, which was recommended by the naturopath I have been working with, and a Vitamin D with K, and an Organic multivitamin.  I continue to eat gluten free, dairy free, and soy-free.  That seems to be a major part of when the symptoms act up, when I deviate from the diet.  My only problem with the diet is my addiction to chocolate.  Once in a while I have some, knowing a flare may follow soon after, but carob and the other chocolate subs just don't compare.  After seeing the top fertility specialist on the island here in Hawaii, he concluded that I have no eggs left, and at my age, chances of conception are below 1%, especially with severe endometriosis, like I have.

Endo is one of the causes of infertility.
Getting pregnant, according to your doctor will make your endo symptoms go away.
Your doctor has not told you what to do though to remove this cause, so you could increase your chances to get pregnant and get rid of your symptoms!
So, lets see. While pregnant your endocrine/hormonal system goes through some changes and one significant change is high production of progesterone!
Progesterone signals the endometriosis cells to differentiate. This inhibits their activity.
So by supplementing with a 100% natural progesterone cream (not prescription as prescription progesterone products ARE ALTERED in order to receive patentable status) you will get the same result!
Also at the same time ALL synthetic chemical and natural estrogen mimickers must be avoided!
All plastics (BP-A), Parabens and many natural food items and spices -do a search- that have xenoestrogens must be avoided totally. Make sure you prepare a complete "Illegal list" and check all labels carefully. Best, check the cosmetics database website for all commercial products you purchase.
Very important to avoid these as there's an interaction with the progesterone and it may prolong the endo.

I totally left out #7 in my previous reply. I guess I was rushing! Very important one.
7.  Natural Cleansing. Liver, Kidney and Colon Cleanse and Heavy Metals
Detox.

Hope all this helps.
Please let me know if you need more info!

Hey Barbisurf.
Welcome to the forum!
Oh my! You need a  very comprehensive Naturopathic approach to rebuild the integrity of your cells, organs and systems from the bottom up!
Random supplements that may help with certain symptoms and conditions will not work in practice, only in theory.
For starters, you have  serious assimilation and delivery issues.
Your symptomology and medical history points to chronic deficiencies
that were probably addressed inefficiently!
On top of this, you have a low PH enviroment, that creates the ideal terrain
for disease to thrive.
A widespread pathogenic micro-organism infectious invasion is highly suspect! This would explain all your diagnosis and all the doctors , as this pathogenic infection would be the underlying cause for most of your issues!

Please pass this information to you Doctor and ask him/her to look into
Pathogenic Mcoplasma Incognitus-Fermentan and Borrelia Infection or co-infection. He will need to consult with an expert specialist in this field of medicine. Dr. Garth Nicolson is the top expert (in research and treatment)
If he's not open to this, waste no time, call Dr. Nicolson and arrange a phone consultation yourself.
Meanwhile, forget the internet, random supplements, conventional doctors who are clueless when it comes to complex issues like this one, and friends tips on health matters.
Your situation is too serious to tackle it on your own.
You must go to the best Holistic Naturopathic Doctor you can afford!
He will be your overall health coach.
Things to be addressed :
1. Co-ordination of activities between your family doctor, Mycoplasma specialist ,specialized testing and finally treatment protocol.
2. Parallel to the above and starting immediately, review of all your medications and supplements for safety, effectiveness and interactions.
3. Implementation of Hypoallergenic diet protocol, test for candida albicans
(does not matter if they were done in the past), mineral analysis,
bloodwork for deficiencies and other tests as deemed necessary including
PH levels ( blood, urine and saliva)
4. Possible I.V supplementation and  transdermal supplementation.
5. Pain management therapy and councelling, homeopathic remedies for pain and other symptoms.
6. Treatments using other modalities such as accupuncture, bowen,
mind body, aromatherapy etc.
My advice does not constitute professional consultation,
however, you may post again with comments or questions.
Blessings
Nikodicreta

P.S.
I may comment another time on your doctor's "hunch" in regards to pregnancy and  your  endometriosis symptoms.

Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (autoimmune hypothyroidism) is the most common cause of hypothyroidism. Women with endometriosis have a higher incidence of hypothyroidism. Hashimoto's is also seen more commonly with a few other autoimmune conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis.

High thyroid antibodies is one of the causes of infertility. Selenium is shown to lower TPO thyroid antibodies.  A full thyroid panel is recommended - TSH, free T3, free T4 and thyroid antibodies - thyroperoxidase antibody (TPOAb) and Thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb).

The following are supplements found to help with your conditions...

Mitochondria are the cellular energy generators that supply virtually all the power your body requires for a healthy life span.

L-Carnitine - patients with chronic fatigue syndrome have significantly lower levels of serum acylcarnitine, total carnitine, and free carnitine.

Lipoic Acid - protects and repairs age-induced mitochondrial DNA damage, thereby up-regulating mitochondrial function and improving energy production.

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) - directly improves mitochondrial energy production efficiency.

D-Ribose - In patients with fibromyalgia and/or chronic fatigue syndrome, supplementation with this five-carbon sugar has resulted in increased energy and overall well-being.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) - decreases with age, which may contribute to age-related mitochondrial dysfunctions; Shown to decrease fatigue after physical activity and improve energy levels of chronic fatigue patients.

Succinate (succinic acid) - Helps support the health of patients with mitochondrial defects.

Omega 3 fish oil - a number of small studies have found that fish oil helps reduce symptoms of RA, including joint pain and morning stiffness. One study suggests that people with RA who take fish oil may be able to lower their dose of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Digestive enzymes - taken orally with food in order to help break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins for improved digestive function and nutrient absorption.

Systemic enzymes - works to break down fibrin in the body. Fibrin is a hard, sticky protein that has been associated with scar tissue, inflammation and pain. Recommended for endometriosis and other fibrosis conditions.
