undifferentiated connective tissue disease(UCTD)

A few weeks ago, I received a diagnosis of undifferentiated connective tissue disease (UCTD). My doctor advised taking some medications for roughly 40 days and applying tubes. He said it will take some years to get reduced. My face and the area around my neck both have some painful rashes. I'm interested in learning more about this illness, its causes, treatments, precautions, and other details. Please enlighten me.

I had years of pain, gluten free just recently helped me. I was diagnosed Sjögren, then they changed it to uctd, then it was lupus tumidus. I had chronic pain, rashes, so many symptoms I was screened for leukemia twice. 10 days ago I tried gluten free and I have major relief after over a decade! By day 3 I felt good! Praise God!
