CRAPPY KNEES AND AUTONOMIC DYSFUCTION

NEED TO HAVE KNEE REPLACEMENTS. ORTHO DOCTOR FEELS SURGERY IS NOT AN OPTION FOR ME DUE TO THE INSTABILITY OF MY AUTONOMIC DYSFUNCTION WITH LOW BLOOD PRESSURE. HE TELLS ME I NEED TO LIVE WITH MY KNEES AND THE PAIN AS IS. NO ONE WILL TOUCH ME SURGERY WISE BECAUSE I COULD DIE ON THE TABLE. THOUGHTS PLEASE.

it is true that there are risks with autonomic dysfunction but a good doctor and a good anesthesiologist should be able to handle the risks.  My daughter has severe dysautonomia and has had numerous surgeries, we always make sure the anesthesilogist is familiar with dysautonomia.  My thoughts are to find a better doctor who is wiling to work with you.
