I live about an hour and half from Toledo. I have an array of symptoms. The ones that have bothered me most are the pvc's. I haven't passed out 19 years. Had two tilt table test one without meds to raise your HR because mine was already elevated the other they gave me the med. and I passed out, all Dr. said was I needed more salt and not really a diagnoses.
My HR will jump 30 points when I get out of bed in the morning. Also muscle tightness as early as my twenties, usually will have chest pain or spasm from doing anything that takes upper body strength or just sleeping on my side seems to cause it I've woken up in pain just from being in that position. The pvc's seem to rule my life as they can be pretty scary been having a bad episode this last 3 days was getting a few at a time like pausing and breath being taken away even went to the ER, nothing life threatening so they sent me home. Just wish I could do things without having to wonder when they will hit can't really plan anything. Sorry for such a long response, more infor than you really needed or wanted. Maybe I'll have a vacation to the Cleveland Clinic. Thank you!
Depending on where you are in Michigan, you might want to try driving to Cleveland Clinic where they actually have a full autonomic clinic. Once you've been tested and gotten treatment recommendations there, you can carry out that treatment under a more local doctor.
