Hi, I'm from Spain and my English is not very good, I'm sorry.
I have POTS and I wanted to know if those who have diagnosed it, have had a flu (influenza) and if it was serious. It makes me very afraid to get sick of that virus having symptoms of POTS. I also wanted to know if you get the vaccine.

I do get the flu vaccine but i still got the flu, it’s very scary to get sick, the pots seems to make any illness much worse. Drink lots of fluids, I do Gatorade, go to the doctor for antiviral medications if you can.
