Low Grade Fevers

Hi,

I’ve had high blood pressure for 11 to 12 years since I was pregnant with my first child. About two years ago I started having geographic tongue,  and then was followed by a thick white coated tongue.  I have had this problem nonstop since Summer of 2016. Lots of gas, stomach noises, etc.  now for the past year I’ve been having a low-grade fever that is alleviated only by menstruation.  Tylenol and Advil do not alleviate my fevers .  I’ve also had problems with intermittent vascular rashes on my feet and cold hands and feet. Does this sound like Dysautonomia? If so, which type?  I am aware that some are terminal and some are not.  Do you have an appointment in Dallas next month  with a specialist.
