Mysterious dizziness and ringing in ears

I’m a 36 year old female. I’m 5 ft 5 and about 120 lbs and I’m very active.  I’ve been having these “dizzy spells” for about 6 years. I’ve had had blood tests, allergy tests, all kinds of heart tests, Saw an ENT,  had just about every test to you can think of except brain imaging. I get loud ringing and fullness in usually my left ear that is very disorienting but has only caused the room to spin or rock on a handful of incidents. I almost vomited when the room started spinning. I’ve been monitoring blood pressure frequently including during an episode and it’s always in a very normal range. Symptoms are most likely to happen in the morning, when I get out of bed or in the shower, at the beginning of a workout, and when I get angry, scared, too excited, or close to orgasm. Symptoms never seem to happen if I’ve been drinking copious amounts of water but I HAVE to drink nonstop, 3 liters of water a day or MORE! And I have to drink an entire liter of water in the morning to prevent symptoms from happening as soon as I get up. I do suffer from pretty severe PTSD and anxiety, and have heard that affects the adrenals and that more salt may be needed so I’ve tried increase salt but even the slightest salty things make me feel extremely thirsty and symptoms actually seem like they may be worse when I eat salt. I eat one of the healthiest most balanced diets known to man. I try to eat lower salt but not avoid it, I almost NEVER eat processed foods but I am pretty sure I do consume enough salt, all my electrolytes have been tested more than once. I’ve searched all over the internet and have never come accross anyone describing these exact symptoms.

Hi. I have episodes similar to what you describe and I have been diagnosed with vestibular migraines, as well as POTS and menieres disease. All three of these things can cause vertigo and dizziness, so I'm not sure which one to attribute mine too, but may be worth looking into them to see if any might apply to you.
