recurrent vasovagal syncope

Hi everyone, I need some help I'm 18 and I have recurrent vasovagal syncope, I've had this for 3 years now and the doctors just told me what it is and didn't give me anything to help for it. Ive been putting more salt on my food, drinking plently of water and I'm still have these episodes. Can anyone give me some tips or suggest anything to me please.
