Please share your progress for TTC.  How long did you decide to wait before trying again?  What methods have you found to be helpful?  Are you doing anything to monitor your fertility?

Well new to site as i just had a still born on may 18/12 i was 20 weeks and baby was about 17 weeks.
so i am desperate to concieve asap, i am started on folic acid to help anyone suggest anything else to help .
also doctor  said could start anytime and that i could be fertile as soon as tomorrow which would be 14 days after loss.
i will be trying does anyone else have any suggestions
i am dying to get pregnant as i miss the pregnancy but am so disappointed it would have been my first son and we had prayed for him for the whole 5 mths. it was not the way to have your only son that is for sure so i am praying to be pregnant and hoping i can have another boy

Yeah, trying and pregnancy after a miscarriage is really scary, filled with a lot of doubt and tears and convincing yourself that just because something isn't "right" that the "worst" has happened again. Glad you have something to take your mind off of things for now, good luck and I hope you have a very healthy pregnancy soon!

I know it's so scary trying again.  When I finally got pregnant I had taken natural progesterone to help sustain pregnancy and it got me over that first trimester hump.  Thanks so much for writing this gives others strength too :)

hi everyone , ive just had a missed misscarriage at 9 wk, had a scan n found out.was booked in for dr intervention , but it did end up happening natually,misscarried just this tue 8 nov 2011 , two days ago.i would like to try for another baby, doc did say it was ok to start right way, i have had one misscarriage nearly 3 yrs ago, but did have my little boy inbetween. just scared it ill happen again, not sure i could go through this again n again, but i know it be worth it. just down at min but my little boy and older daughter keeping me going x

Update - we decided that we were going to prevent this last cycle to allow my body to heal and so we could start clomid this cycle...but apparently this baby really wanted to be here because it somehow managed to get through the protection so I'm pregnant! Im holding on to hope that if this baby fought to get here it'll fight to stay here! Good luck yall and ssbd!!

hey girls well on tww again im 2dpo, havnt really been "trying "this month but we'll see how it goes, have been very busy with work and college and running around after my other two rays of sunshine, but just got a funny feeling this month, have been very forgetfull when i comes to my tracker on this but think i was obsessing over it a bit too much so this month im feeling what will be will be x SSBD to all xxxxxxxxxxxx

I miscarried for the 4th time on September 16. My doctor ran some test and my thyroid is normal but I have high hemoglobin and don't know if that's contributing to the m/c's but my doc should be getting in touch with me soon to let me know what's next. She did say that she was going to put me on clomid for late ovulation though so super excited to try that! Hope to update with good news soon.

I'm so sorry to hear about that :(  I don't know if this would help but did the doctors check your progesterone levels to see if they are high enough to sustain a pregnancy?  They may be able to give you a supplement to help.  Keep us posted.

Thanks, but unfortunatley I just miscarried on Friday at 5 weeks, my hcg was low on thursday at either 56 or 59. I go back to the doctor this next week to make sure my hcg levels are going down and then on October 6th to meet with the doctors as this was my fourth miscarriage. I have had a healthy full term pregnancy 9 1/2 months ago so I don't know if they'll do testing or not. We are telling everyone that we're going to wait to try again but the truth is we're going to start trying as soon as I ovulate so I hope to ovulate at a decent time and be able to come back and tell you ladies some good news. hi im doing good hoping yet again this month, trying deanna's egg meets sperm plan this month, taking EPO to increase CM which is working, so we'll see how it goes, how you doing

Just wanted to let you guys know i got my bfp! I'm on baby aspirin and natural progesterone cream as i have a short lp due to breastfeeding although I did quit a few days before I ovulated...which btw was on cd25!! Didn't think it was gonna happen after o'ing so late, hope it's healthy and sticks even though I i'd late.

I always went off of my cervical fluid along with the window period of my ovulation days.  We waited until I had a solid cycle first so we had a better idea of my ovulation schedule.  Keep us posted, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you :D

hi i had a natural m/c 12th of june at 4 1/2 weeks, wanted to TTC straight away so started using opk's 2 weeks ago, if i used the day i miscarried 28 days later would be this friday, all negative but had sex sat night and didnt do a opk on sunday, didnt have sex sunday, did opk monday and it was positive and had sex last night, did another opk today and its a much stronger positive, my husband is away tonight so hoping we didnt miss our chance. hoping i didnt mis- read yesterdays positive as those tests are hard to read,wonder was it not actually positive but just on its way to being one?? but definitly a strong positive today, also have very little CM so dont know what to think no EWCM , i know i sound very confusing and inpatient sorry girls xSSBDXXXXXXXXX

Wow I am certainly glad you were able to get these taken care of.  I have had some of those in the past, but they were not that large and they always had popped on their own and removed themselves.  Since I have had children I had not had any issues with them going forward so hopefully this will be the same for you.  Keep us posted!

After our second miscarriage in March we decided to wait and have a myomectomy done to remove fibroids. I am now 2 weeks post op. Doing great no pain just slow walking around. We have to wait 12 weeks 2 down 10 to go cant wait to start trying again.We get to practice TTCing in 4 weeks lol.  My ob said the fibroids were to blame for our miscarriages. I had 8 total ranging from 7 cm to 1 cm.

With conceiving for me, I read the caffeine (coffee) in particular could lower my fertility, so I had quit that and we ended up getting pregnant about 3 months later.

Well, looks like I'll be joining this group again :( After 2 back2back miscarriages I decided to start taking baby aspirin in 2010, got pregnant with DD and carried 2 term!! DD is now 6 months old, but we really want our children close together so we started trying and became pregnant again last month...only to miscarry for the 3rd time. I found out I was pg at 7dpo, watched the tests get darker for a week and ended up miscarring the day af was due:( I decided to go back on baby aspirin and cut down my breastfeeding (pedi said it was okay 2 take the ba while breastfeeding since there will be a 15 hour stretch from the time I take it till I nurse again plus I took it while pg with dd) and we are going to ttc immediatly and after the next baby I'm getting my tubes tied...no more miscarriages for me!! so I hope to be spreading some good news soon...ssbd to all!
