how long after af due should u do a test???

hey everyone

well my af was due on monday this week and has still not come i know is still early and could come and that, its my 1st one since m/c in aug so am also worried that i havent gone back to my old 28day cycle and if i do a test the will be a bfn! am getting pains in loer stomac which keeps making me think i am about to come on and when i go t the loo to check there is nothing. i felt really sick this morning too.

well when do u think is a best time to test as i dont want to do it too early and also i guess i am scared that when i do there will be a BFP staring back at me.
sorry am just rabbiting on a bit but and so worried is silly really xx

I'm sorry, I thought you didn't have your first af yet. I would also give it a few more days before testing, I know how discouraging it can be to see a BFN. It's hard to say when it will return to normal as everyone is so different, i've heard of women getting right back on track and others  taking a few months for it to regulate. I hope you know soon either way(but a bfp would be nicer). Good luck to you.              Lori

After a m/c it sometimes takes a few months for your cycle to regulate. What your saying is that you haven't had AF since before your m/c? It's hard to say when would be a good time to test since your not gonna be sure when af is going to arrive. If you feel that your having pg symptoms then maybe you should test, but remember your really not sure if your "late" or not so it could go either way.
