O'ing on CD 10 with normally longer cycles??

Ok girls...I am just SO frustrated.  For the last 3 days I have had higher temps so today MH drew the cover line and put me at 3dpo.  Normally I'd be excited but this is so out of the norm for me to O that early.  The shortest cycle I've had since the m/c was 30 days.  So this just seems REALLY odd.  The only thing different I have done was take that calcium d glucarate that my chiropractor suggested.  This does effect estrogen levels I think so maybe that is why the change?  I dont know.  It is supposed to get rid of "old" estrogen in your system.  I don't know.  There was def. a shift in temps from the 97.2 range to 97.6 and it's been that way the past 3 days but I also maybe have been wrestless in sleeping?  I dont know?  I keep waking myself up for some unknown reason at like 4ish and then I've been laying there still as I can until like 430 or 5am when I have been trying to take my temps.  Does that mess it up a lot???

I just dont think I really O'ed yet...but would it be at all possible?? Why can't any of these systems work for me??  I had some old OPKs that I've been kind of using but I haven't been following all the rules of waiting to pee, etc. so I haven't gotten a definite positive but the one on CD10 was the closest.  Sorry to ramble on...I just REALLY want this to happen.  I feel like I'm being left all alone sometimes....yikes....it's gonna be ghost town around here soon!!

It is very possible if you are taking something that effects your estrogen that it would effect when you would O.  My cycles pre-m/c & pre-charting had always been 28 days, but now that I chart I do notice a change . . . but mine have also been affected by the different fertility meds I've been on.  I've O'd on CD10 more than once.

If you wake up at 4, then just take your temp then.  It doesn't matter if you normally take it at 4:30, you have a 1/2 hr (some say hour) swing either way.  But the minute that you are awake and your brain activity starts, even if you are lying perfectly still, will slowly rise your temp.
