Our Journey to December
Thought that was appropriate. SO.....how was your weekend??? Mine was awesome. Took 4 tests...all BFP! The ones yesterday were really dark so that's a good sign. No BB pain yet. Should I be worried? I have cramping on and off. Yesterday, no cramps until afternoon....could be because I mowed the grass and ran the vacuum. DH pulled the mower cord for me so all I did was walk behind it. Exercise right? He was busy putting breaks on my car so I didnt want to bother him with it.
Haven't told anyone except my sister. Waiting until Mother's Day to tell my mom. I still am very worried and in disbelief.
How about you? Any news? I know you have your appt. on Thursday. You will have to tell me how it goes. I know you will see a healthy little bean in there! I just have a good feeling about all of this. There is a reason we met.

Hey girlie. Sorry it has been awhile. I am hoping that you are doing well and feeling great. I had an ultrasound today and a doctor's appt. Pretty busy morning. But I have the day off which is great. My niece is coming over to spend the day with Jason and me. She is going to build a birdhouse with her Uncle Jason. She wants to be a builder so that totally makes Jason happy. She and her sister turned 4 on Tuesday so Ella is getting her time with us and Olivia will get some time later with just me. We will go have our nails and toes done. That's more Olivia's speed.
I got all my tests back. My glucose level was 108 which is good my doc says. He said anything lower than 130 is good. My weight gain is a little on the heavy side which the doc said is no big deal but I gained 7 lbs this month...ouch. My ultrasound went well. It is harder to see him the bigger he gets. Right now he is breech with his little bum down and his head up. They said he could still turn so I shouldnt worry too much. My doc said he will start to do internals at week 36 and at that point he will determine whether he has turned or not. If he hasnt we will schedule a 38 week c section. Not ideal but I will do whatever is safe you know. Is Olivia turned the right way? Head down, bum up? What is so ironic is that I was a breech baby. My mom still delivered me vaginally...crazy lady.
How is the shower coming? When is yours? Mine is the second Saturday in November...I think it is the 13th. I am looking forward to it but I dont know what I am going to wear that is not going to make me look like a beached whale. My face is starting to spread. They say that is common with boys. O well.
I started reading Jenny McCarthy's book called Belly Laughs. It is hilarious. You should definitely get it.
Nothing else is new with me. Relaxing and loving vanilla milkshakes. Hope you have a great weekend. Relax and make Cain wait on you hand and foot.

They should be able to tell you his weight when you get the ultrasound, I always just check online to see where Olivia is supposed to be and then compare it to where she is...and so far she's a chunky monkey lol!
Our furniture is expresso so it's really dark on bright green walls! We have the crib and the dresser/tower!! We are waiting until after the baby shower before we really get anything else though, don't want to buy something someone else might get us. I know, we are so far but still a while to go...sigh, wish time would just fly by so I can have my shower!

I did find out that when I get to like 35-36 weeks they are going to check me to see if I'm dialating and they are going to start seeing me every week! They aren't going to check me every week though, some doctors do but they said they wouldn't!!!! What's new with you?

Hey girlie. So I loved the orange drink they gave me on Saturday for the sugar test. It tasted like a freezie pop. I chugged it in like two minutes. There was a girl there that was doing the three hour test and she was almost 2 hours in when she ran to the bathroom and puked it all up. I asked her what she will have to do now and she told me that they said she had to reschedule and start all over on a different day. That sounds like torture.
I will have my results hopefully by Friday when I have my appt. I also have an ultrasound on Friday so I took the day off. Three day weekend here I come. I am looking forward to the ultrasound. I hope I can see more of the baby and the features are clearer. I kind of want to know how big the baby is too. They should be able to tell me that right? I want to know if I am on target or if the baby is bigger or smaller than he should be.
Jason took the week off to build the baby furniture which I am excited about. I love being able to design exactly what I want. How is your furniture? Do you have the nursery done yet? We are waiting until after the shower to buy the crib because if we wait we can get 10% off of all of the stuff from our registry that we did not get. When it costs $800 every little bit helps. Did you go with white furniture or stained wood. We like the espresso finish. I cannot believer we are at this stage already.

Goodness, guess you do need a break lol!! WOW, 700 will go a long way toward your nursery! I wouldn't really know much about work as I haven't been there more than 3 hours this week...got a sinus infection been really sick!

Well here is it Monday again. I hope you are not hating it as much as I am. The weekend was so busy I needed another day to sleep in and relax. We went to the big flee market here in town on Saturday morning to sell all of our crap. Would you believe we made over $700 getting rid of stuff we don't even want anyway. The money will go towards the nursery which will help maybe with some of the crib. Then we painted the nursery. We put together the bassinet. Busy busy.
Belly is still growing. I have to go and get the glucose test this week....cant wait to drink that tasty drink.
How is your belly doing? My face is starting to fill out. I hope I don't look like a beached whale before this is all said and done. I still have lots of time left. I had a thought last night when I went to bed. I am starting to think of how different life is going to get in a short time. Three months seems long but when I think of how things are going to change in our lives....three months is pretty short. I dont sleep that great now but at least having to pee takes a lot less time than having to nurse a baby. Are you starting to get nervous?
Is the third trimester getting uncomfortable for you yet? I hear it is the worst one. I like the fact that we actually look pregnant now. Isn't it nice for people to know that you have a little one in there. Any stretch marks yet? All I know is...shaving my legs and other unmentionables is becoming more difficult everyday...lol.

My Monday was awfull...as everyother day has been as well, sorry I have been MIA but the boss is cracking down hard on everyone but that's okay because she's making a lot of enimies! Maybe she'll leave soon!! My weekend was fun, went to the rodeo on Saturday and rested on Sunday! Got Olivia's nursery as together as I can until I have my shower! Sorry you had to give it up lol! I know how uncomfortable that is lol!! Cain just keeps saying he can't wait till I'm not pregnant anymore lol!

I wouldn't worry too much about your weight, I bet your in the normal range still!! Besides, if the doctor will approve it you can start walking next month to help with labor and that'll keep you fit!
