Maca Root
I was just wondering if any of you ever heard of Maca Root? I was just reading a post on 35+ community and a 44 yr old woman got pg not long after starting it. I just googled and was reading up on it. Seems pretty interesting. Let me know if any of you ever heard/tried it. Thanks!
Lori, I too was looking into maca root and royal jelly. There are lots of positive things said about both of these. In fact maca root is known to improve the quality of the eggs in some studies. GNC sells them both so I am thinking of trying them. I just need to make sure they are safe to take with clomid. I think it is definitely worth a try!
I've only done a little research on Maca Root and found it does similiar hormonal balancing as Vitex. Maca Root is also great to enhance mens hormonal and sexual needs.
