advise for helping morning sickness...

hey well starting from yesterday my morning sickness has turned up with a very evil side! i am unable to keep anything down i was sick for most of yesterday go to the point were i felt that bad as could not keep water down either so i phoned the midwife and she said to suck on ice cubes so that what i have been doing. i feel hungry but even when i eat a craker it makes me feel so sick and just reach or be sick :( the midwife said it was a good sing so i guess i have that to be thankfull for but i also have a 15month old daughter and finding it hard looking after her and being sick at the same time.
does anyone have anything that helps them with theres? i am going to try to drs tomorrow to see if they will give me some anti- sickness tablets or somthing.

thankyou, all i have been eatting for dinner is mash and peas lol, the smell of some meats is horrid at the mo and the fatty stuff just makes me feel horrid, i shall try the mints and ginger ale.

Awww not nice hun :(  I think it's a case of trying all the different suggestions but sometimes nothing works.  If you have continual sickness and not keeping anything down though then I would suggest seeing your Dr to make sure you are not becoming dehydrated.

I found cutting out dairy to the bare minimum helped a little.  I also chomped on ginger biscuits although found it difficult to actually eat them :-/  I've also heard seabands can help but didn't get as far as trying them.

I found that pepper mint mints help a lot and ginger ale made from real ginger. I did try sea bands but found they really didnt do anything for me. I just sipped on ginger ale all day and sucked on mints, it wasnt much but it got me through.
I found that fruit and veggies didnt make me feel really sick as well as popsicles!
