Your symptoms and the findings of a spine/neuro exam are as important as the MRI findings. Some will argue more important. The MRI does suggest some pinching of your nerves in the neck. It would be best to discuss these findings with the doc who ordered the tests and has done your physical exam. The treatments you need may range from pain meds, physical therapy to minimally invasive spine/pain treatments.
