very recently, I have noticed that I've a little bit pain in coccyx bone, when I sit on any hard seat, it starts paining, sometimes I got scared, please suggest what went wrong
I would not recommend long term pain medications for her problem.
It would be better to take pain medications and muscle relaxants in the short term in order to be able to start and continue with active physical therapy including aquatherapy.
Hopefully this will help to control her spinal problems and reduce her pain levels.
You should consider seeing a neurosurgeon for her problems.
Hi,sorry to know it
It is a common misconception that back pain always stems from the pressure of a slipped disc or a trapped nerve. In most of cases, the cause of pain is inflammation stimulating nerves, causing the pain signal.so maybe surgery is not necessary.
Can alternative med help?
Dependent on where the inflammation is alternative med can help with back pain. alternative med works well when the inflammation is outside of the spinal column. alternative med does not work when the inflammation is in the spinal column itself.
So you should go to see reputable doc for second opinion.
Good luck!
