18 years old Terrible Lower Back Pain

I am 18 and I have horrible lower back pain. I can't drive for long distances, for example a 30 minute or longer trip becomes unbearable for me. I end up putting a balled up shirt on my lower back in the hopes of relief. But it never works. I also cannot stand in one position for longer than a couple of minutes without pain. I try to stretch daily and work out my back once a week at the gym. Nothing seems to help. I don't want pain killers; I want a fix. As of right now my insurance won't pay for a chiropractor either. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You need to see a doctor and get a MRI and find out what's causing you the pain.

Do you have idea what's wrong, have you seen a Doctor, had X-rays or an MRI?
