Am I going in the right direction?

Strained neck doing straight arm lat pulldown 10-10-07.  MRI shows bulging disc at C 5-6.  Neurosurgeon says disc is not causing my symptoms.  Neurologist did manual muscle testing and diagnosed me with cervical radiculopathy.  Manual physical therapy and cranial sacral therapy have not relieved symptoms.  Inital symptoms included...vertigo, burning, numbness tingling left arm-hand-foot; pain at base of scull radiating over behind left eye, difficulty swallowing, hoarse voice, numbness in face below left eye...progressive symptoms include cramping & shooting pain from left foot and hand.  A little on right side.  I have a full body tremor that started in January epecially when trying to exercise.  Any upper body exercise puts me back into acute symptoms.   I also have experienced vascular issues in hands and feet..turning completely white, then going back(not related to temperature).  Purple/blue lines and spots in veins in hands randomly one day...gone within one hour. Pins and needles in right index finger with lack of color, lasted 5 min; wouldn't change with movement.  I have made an appt with a physiatrist.  Can't get in until April.  Do you think this is the right direction to go?

I agree with richmill1.  In addition, I would check my thyroid levels (blood work) for TSH, T3 & T4 levels.  Thyroid disease can cause many of your symptoms, and it is enlarged (goiter), then it can cause your difficulty swallowing.  Are you male or female, age?  If you are a male, I would also have then check for testosterone levels (blood test).  Low Testosterone can also do all kind of issues.  Keep us posted. Thanks
