Back & abdominal Pain

Since April 2011 I have been having problems. I drove 36 miles to work without remembering any of it.  Husband picked me up he said that the whole left side of my body wouldn't move.  The ER doctor said that it was just a panic attack.  I don't remember any of that day or night.  Since then have had MRI of brain, neck, mid and lower back, CT scans, EEG, and blood test. Doctor's tell me I have spinal stenosis and arthritis in my back. (This was found by a ER doctor in January 2013)  Been dealing with undiagnosed abdominal pain since 2008.  I also know that I have a white mass on the left frontal lobe of my brain, that the doctor said is nothing to worry about.
I am still in a lot of pain.  Can't take narcotics because of the side affects.  Besides neck pain have right arm pit, right upper arm, both hands, draw a line from the bottom of my shoulder blades all the way around my body have pain from there down to my feet including my sides.  Due to see another pain doctor on Monday but don't hold much hope of getting any help.
I don't know which why to turn.  The pain is getting to me.  As I can't stand for long, walk for more than 30 minutes at a time, or sit for more than 45 minutes. I have driven or worked since April 2011 and don't know what to do.
Can any doctor help me please?
Thanks for your time.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
If you can identify a particular level below which you have pain then a MRI of the vertebral spine should be done at the level. You may be having cord compression at that level. Other possibilities are vitamin B12 deficiency, nerve infection, occlusion of the spinal artery and multiple sclerosis. Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

Have had MRI of whole back including neck.  They say only have a couple bulging disc that are not to worry about, along with the spinal stenosis and arthritis.  Have been in physical therapy but he keeps cutting the reps down as the pain is so bad within a hour of doing them that I am crying from it.  Have had 6 injections in different parts of my back but doesn't help and has made it worse in places.
I don't know what else to do.  Tired of being in pain and the phsyosiatrist wrote in my file that I was making it up that the pain couldn't be as bad as I said it was.  (I have copies of all my records due to dealing with SSD).  What should I say to him the next time I see him?  I don't give in to the pain until I can't take it anymore.
Thank you for any help you can give me.
