Back Pain spreading into upper body

Otherwise healthy male, mid-twenties

For the past few years since falling on my butt/back I have had a burning sensation just to the left of S1 which also causes pain and neuropathy to radiate into legs, worse on left.

Even more tormenting,  from that S1 area all the way to my head there is tingling and pins and needles which radiates into torso, face, arms, hands, most everywhere bilaterally and almost symmetrically. This gets worse with spinal movement, sitting, lying on back, etc.  Better after waking up or after a hot bath. MRI brain to pelvis was normal. No MS lesions or herniations, stenosis, etc. Blood levels normal, neg for lyme.

Is there ANYONE out there w/ similar symptoms? Any diagnoses or progress in returning to health?? I didn't think nerve pain could travel upwards, very confused as to how to remedy this. Much thanks,

Matt
