Back and Neck Pain

Over a year ago I was diagnosed with having a bone spur at the C-5 level right side and the C-4 and C-5 discs are bulging and actually causing my spinal cord to push forward.  I've been having a lot of headaches, neck and shoulder pain, muscle weakness and tingling in my right arm and hand and even sometimes in my left hand.  I've seen a Neurosurgeon and Neurologist.  I'm currently taking Lyrica and Cymbalta for the nerve pain.  I've also had physical therapy twice, passed and EMG and a Myleogram.  Any suggestions on what else I can try.

So far, the keep trying other things such as drugs and therapy.  Surgery hasn't really been talked about.

I have not had discs pushing into my spinal cord, though I do have bulging discs in my neck with soft tissue damage. Personally, I would seek help in getting the discs off the spinal cord. That is a bad situation. Have they suggested any correction by surgical means?, or is that not an option?
