Back pain when i bend my neck

Ive had a back back now for over a week, i was carrying a heavy weight and arched my back backwards and since then ive been in pain its slowly getting better but when i bend my neck forwards or back i get a pain half way down my back, no pain in my neck though. If anyone can help i would be greatful.

If your feeling the pain shoot down ur back when you bend your neck, id get an mri!

I would recommend getting an imaging of your spine; preferably an MRI as soon as possible.
