C5 & C6 Protrusion w/effacement

I cannot feel my left fingers nor walk (because of left leg,,,possibly hip). Based on the MRI findings of
c5-c6 disc degeneration and mild posterior protrusion with CSF effacement anterior on the left of the cervical cord, should I try to get this fixed? Would this change my current physical condition? Should I see a chiropractor or a type of neurologist (My current Neuro is uninterested is this finding)?

Please help for I don't know what to do.

Thanks!
