Calluses or corns on foot from back issues?

This may some crazy but I have developed 2 spots on my left foot that hurt really bad. I have been trying to take care of them myself for the last few months. I have a bulging disc at L4-5 and confrimed nerve problems in my right leg. I had an emg done to show this. I walk different now and I  know I put more pressure on my left leg. I believe these are corns on the ball of my left foot. Somedays the pain is horrible. I can not go to a foot doc at this time because I lost my insurance when I lost my job due to my back. ANY suggestions would be helpful. I have tried the corn removal liquid fromt he store but I can not get them to go away. I am at my wits end with these things. Help. I have to limp on my left foot now as well as not put all the pressure on right left leg. It is getting impossible. I have never had these in my life. Has anyone else developed this problem after having back issues?

Hey you. Stop that giggling. I am getting desperate here, can't you tell I'm writing about my ugly corns. I need something to get rid of them. I will take any suggestions at this point that does not invovle a whole lot of money to go to the foot doctor.Go enjoy your walk, and don't forget a little make up Hot Stuff. you nut! LOL....trust me, I am not laughing AT you.
I believe that has to do with the way you were forced to change your normal walking pattern. That was one of the first things my orthopaedic surgeon looked at was my feet. So, yes, it makes perfect sense. If I hear of a treatment for them I will let you know. I am sorry you have this to deal with now - that sucks!
I will try and email you today - still can't do it on this computer. I miss you!  : )   Gotta go take that walk by the hot dude's house now...oooh baby! LOL  (I can actually pick up men now because I am no longer limping!) The added joys of surgery...LMAO
