What are the home remedies to cure back pain?

I am having back pain for one week. I attended a massage session but still, I am having back pain. Can someone suggest me some home remedies to cure back pain? Your responses will be highly appreciated.

Soak in 2 to 3 cups of epsom salts for at least 15-20 minutes
The infusion of magnesium helps bsck pain. If still painful, use an ice pack and change 20 mins on/off
I’ve had 6 spine surgeries
I don’t advise that approach Radio frequency oblation is an office procedure & relieves pain for 9 to 12 months. To avoid surgery I have this done annually
