Extreme Lower Backpain Most Of The Day

Hey guys,

Over the past two years, my back pain has been slowly getting worse. I am 18 years old and suffer from extreme lower back pain. I struggle to make it through one hour of work without having to start taking asprin to help relieve the pain.

I have seen a chriopractor and he told me that it was because I had "bad posture" and needed to do back exercises and leg exercises to strengthen my muscles in those areas. After seeing him it seemed like he helped, my pain was reduced and I did my exercises everyday for weeks. Fast forward to now and well, it's much worse than it's ever been.

The pain I feel seems like it's from the lower middle of my back all the way down to my butt muscles and sometimes when it's feeling bad, I notice pain going down my left leg. Lately at work, I've noticed that the pain is just getting so unbearable that I start feeling a tingly feeling. The tingly feeling is mainly in my lower back and feels almost...good, it masks the pain that I am feeling. Obviously it's not a good thing and doing some research, it seems it could be an issue with my spine.

Sadly, I cannot go see a doctor at this moment due to insurance issues with the coverage from my family, till then I have been trying to find ways to reduce the pain in any sort of way. Asprin helps for not even an hour and I cannot continue to take asprin for obvious reasons. Beyond that I don't know what to do, the stretches/exercises I was given now seems to worsen my back before I even start work, it brings out the pain more than reducing it.

I would appreciate help on understanding what the issue is, why it's happening so horribly now and what I could do to help reduce pain.

Thank you guys.

Ryan
