Help with shoulder pain, numbness, tingling

Recently I have not been able to relieve an intense burning sensation around my right shoulder blade. It is coupled with a strange pain/tingling feeling shooting down my right arm. It's hard for me to tell if it is connected to any pain in my neck because a few years ago I had a Jefferson (C1) fracture and was in a Halo for 5 months- so neck pain has been a daily thing for me since then. There are two more factors that relate to this new issue. One is that for years I have had problems with my right hand shaking. Especially when I lift something in a motion like lifting a glass of water to take a drink. This last year that shaking has been very bad some days. Also, in the last six months I have woken up every morning (or sometimes multiple times a night) with complete numbness in my right arm. Usually my pinky and ring finger are numb. Sometimes i cannot even move my entire arm. As the pain in my shoulder blade has worsened, I've noticed that when I reach back to massage it, the area over the shoulder blade feels numb. Are all these factors possibly related? I'm curious if this could relate to a problem that I can fix over time. I am very tired over the years of paying for scans and specialists that only result in a new pain prescription. Anyone with similar experience and info will help. Thanks!
