I'm having many different symptoms, should I go to the e.r?

I had a cold last week, for a couple days, then it went away.  Right after, I had dizzy spells, a "stitch" in my side and upper abdomen as if I had been running.  My feet and hands were tingly, but not numb.  I can eat, I have an appetite.  Not fatigued, can still pick up my 4 year old son, and normal sleeping patterns.  The pain in my abdomen is very dull, like heart burn.  It also feels full and bloated.  I get random cramping  in my lower abdomen.  I'm so confused as to what to do.  I'll see my doctor by next week for sure.  But I'm hoping it isn't an empending aortic rupture.  I'm only 31, female, and pretty active.... I can also be a bit of a hypochondriac... Please help!

You could go to an urgent care if you are concerned, but it doesnt sound like an emergency requiring a visit to the ER.
