Im loosing my mind

Feb 8th i had L5S1 fussed. i now regret that. When i thought the pain couldnt get worse it does. My husband has to lift me out of bed and i scream. i try to walk but i feel sick and about to pass out. i dread having to go to the toilet. The pain goes accross my lower back and down both legs, my right groin into my right buttock. Right leg feels like its been wrapped tight in an ace bandage and i put my leg in a tub of ice water for hours. My surgon did x-rays and then told me to get my med refills from my family dr. Now my family dr is an *** he took away my pain meds. i understand i could get addicted but i can't take the pain. i am on 750mg robaxin and i take 2 every 4 to 5 hours. Tramadol 10mg 2 every 4 hours. did have dilaudid but he took me off it. im allergic to tylanol, ibuprophin they say limits what i can take. i dont know if this is expected i tried to tell my dr about it and im not being listened to. i think i need another mri but they dont listen. spinal blocks dont work i dont know what to do. please if any one can help me.

if i were you as i have a low tolerence for pain i would go to the emerg room and refuse to leave untill they find out what is going on.back surgey is not a walk in the park, and i find the health care professional are very un compassionate when some one is in legitmate back pain.i will pray for you.you must be your own advocate.i live in daily pain so i can relate to your pain.
