MRI Scan-Cervical spin; enhancing focal lesion in the right half spinal code

I had numbness in my left leg and loosing the grip in my right hand side. Visited the neurologist and conducted MRI. It says there is a 1,2 cm (crania caudal)x0.5cm (AP and Transverse) area of well defined abnormal high T2 signal intensity with contrast enhancement in the right half of the spinal cord extending from mid C4 level to upper b or early neopplasmorder of C5 level. No expansion of spinal cord. This could be due to myelitis
