Migraines, Neck Pain and now vertigo

Has anyone experienced being dizzy with cervical problems?
I know I have bulging disks and they are getting worse. I have been in physical therapy which is not helping at all. My last MRI said I have effacing the ventral CSF signal and flattening the anterior margin of spinal cord. I'm awaiting an appointment to see a specialist at a spine center. But now I have vertigo that won't go away. I was even in the ER it was so bad. I went to see an ENT specialist to make sure it was not an inner ear problem. He did a balance test and it was ruled out that it was inner ear. So my dizzy mess is either my neck or my brain. I'm getting concerned because things are changing fast. My toes go tingly when I sit and my hand goes tingly often too. I'm seeing many doctors but just not getting any where yet. Looking for advice on here.
