I am sorry to hear of your extended health problems.  You have certainly been through some rather difficult situations!
Unfortunately. it can be very difficult to assess the underlying causes of your headache and dizziness.  It appears that you have been assessed medically for many possible causes without a definitive diagnosis.  CT and MRI scans have essentially ruled out any possible brain abnormalities or other medical conditions that your physician can treat.
Have you had a consult with an ENT specialist?  It is one other avenue to investigate and may provide additional clues as to the source of your current symptoms.
The fact that your face droops and you are experiencing visual changes may be related to a condition such as Bell's Palsy.  You have probably been evaluated by neurologists and no significant findings have been identified.  The fact that you have had some very serious surgical procedures and survived is a testament to your fortitude!
Medication interactions can also be a source of some of your problems.  I hope that all of your treating physicians are aware of the type and amount of medication you are currently taking ----
If you need further support and assistance from individuals who might have similar symptoms, try clicking on "Health Topics" at the top of this page, then click on "D" and scroll down for related dizziness topics.  You might find some helpful information.
Post again with an update and any additional questions/concerns you may have.
Best wishes ----
