Pain in Lower back and side

Hi, Im a 23 year old male and otherwise I am in very good health the problem I have been having is
about a week ago I was watching TV and stood up and all of a sudden felt a sharp pain across the top of my right shoulder area and top right of my chest I didn't really think too much of it and thought I must have got up too quickly or something and tweaked a muscle.

The pain however stayed it hurt a bit when taking deep breaths and my whole chest area would hurt if I coughed or sneezed. This lasted a few days with the pain becoming more dull but constant. The pain then moved to below my right lung area and also at the same time in the bottom right corner of my back it was the same pain just in a different place. Now the pain is towards the lower middle part of my back.

I went to the doctor 2 days ago and he said it was not a lung problem, took my blood pressure and that was fine and he said he was not sure what it was and that it could be a muscle pull.

But the pain seems to be moving to different parts of my right side and it dissapears from one place only to be present in another.

The problem is only affecting my right side and I have no other symptoms. Im not in severe pain but when I bend down or walk quickly I can feel the pain and its uncomfortable.

Im just not really sure what it could be, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

hi , well the pain was at one point on my right side of the abdomen but has since gone completely from there. It not as bad as it was but can still feel it there.

Is the pain only in your back or does it move into your abdomen? The galbladder can cause shoulder pain and back pain.
