Pain in one spot in spine

I am having pain in my back. It is not exactly in the middle but a little downwards than the centre position. It does not hurt that much but if you press on that spot then you can feel the pain. If you try to arch your back then it hurts otherwise if you bend it does not pain a lot. There are no other symptoms I can feel other than these. The reason I am posting the question now is that I woke up and I saw a sudden black spot at a position lower than where the pain is. The spots don't hurt and seem like bruises.
