Hi...I must agree with kittyluv1 in that u may have nerves involved, but I must add that u could also have a condition that does not involve the disks.
U may have tethered cord....chiari malformation or a syrinx...and they can be putting pressure on ur spinal column and would not show up on an x-ray.
Straightening of the Cervical Lordosis is sometimes called soldiers neck...it can be causes by muscles being too tight....such as from whip lash ect...with PT it can be corrected and u will feel a difference.

The results of your X-rays are fairly normal and would not account for the level of pain you are experiencing. The spine is normal with adequate disc height and no evidence of bony lesions. The MRI would determine if there is nerve involvement (more unlikely since the discs are in good shape). However, it is the next likely step to take to determine the cause of your pain. Expensive as it is, it might be worthwhile if you have been experiencing no relief for such a long time. Have you been evaluated by an orthopedist?

Always feel incomfortable to breath

For time being doing :Physiotherapy ->but no improvement so far.,,,what did you do in therapy? trigger points? strengthening?
There doctoer suggested for MRI :( is it that important cze it really cost a lot.
Please help how can i get ride of this pain, any solution ???
