Right Side back pain, right knee pain

I have mild lumbar dextroscoliosis, with this said, I have been experiencing occassional fever, a straight line red rash on my left leg, and a reddish/brown rash on my back.  Occassional terrible headaches on the left side of my head (I'm not prone to migraines, but these headaches have sent me to the ER!)  I've also experienced over 9 'infections' over the last year.

I have pain in the middle of the right side of my back and also across my entire lower back.  I have pain in my right knee that I can't actually pin point the pain.  I also have pain in my right arm, especially my right elbow.  I'm having trouble staying asleep at night because the pain wakes me up.  My doctor has prescibed muscle relaxers, pain killers, the works.  They work for a few days and then the problem comes back with a vengeance.

I've had TONS of MRIs, CTs, X-Rays, blood tests, etc.  No one can find anything wrong with me.  I've always been very active, I volunteer in my community, love my job and have a fantastic home life. I'm losing my love and lust for everyday things.   I can't find anyone to help me, I'm in so much pain, that I know I'm beginning to get depressed.  Does anyone have any idea what this can be or anyone that has these same symptoms?

I have close to the same problem, but my back right side from my head to my knee hurts and fills with fluid and when they drain my knee I get this pinching feeling form my head, to the back of my neck, and my lower right side back. Every time this happens I can feel like tight muscle ball in the back of my neck and the lower right side of my back. any clue my doctor ran all test  and  physical therapy which made it worse. oh another this is when this happens it makes my head feel wishie washie. Ok thank you.

Zak, thank you for your comment.  I appreciate your time.  I will suggest this to my physician.  As I stated before, no one can see anything other than the dextroscoliosis.  I've been to the emergency room on several occassions because the pain is so bad.  Pain is usually worse in the early, early morning, about 2:00 to 3:00 a.m.  and when I get up, it's painful to take a deep breath!

Zak, I'm very grateful for your opinion!  Thank you so much!

It sounds like what you're describing is chronic soft tissue injuries around nack and back spine dure to mild lumbar dextroscoliosis, which can become worse over time and lead to symptoms that you said. Given the severity of your pain and the functional limitations it's now placing on you, it probably is time to consult with a physician.

I would agree that physical therapy, intensive acupuncture can be helpful
Take care!
