Severe pain lower back hips and feet

I had L4/5 fusion  18 months ago and it solved the leg pain but over time I have awful  groin pain when I walk for afew minutes.
Hip  pain  when I walk & pain in the soles of both feet in last few weeks I have I have stinging pain in back of both legs.

Sitting for more than 10 Mins intensifies the hip  pain and leg stinging.

Lying on my back has been very painful since I had the surgery.
Lying on either side also causes pain in hip.
What is going on with my spine?

I also had a c5/6 fusion in 2009 due to nerve compression & severe left arm pain?
Could the 2 fusions be stressing each other.?

I take prescribed neurontin 300mg . Not helping at all in last 5/6 months ?
Anyone else have similar surgery & pain ?

I am also having leg cramps post surgery. I am 5 months post-op and I am also fused from C4-C7. I am exhausted most days from work and I have had the worst leg cramps and anxiety so I feel your pain. I am using a homeopathic leg cramps medicine and it helps a bit.
