Soreness on left side of my body

I have this happen off and on.  I have an achy soreness on the left side of my body.  It kind of moves around and sometimes I feel it in my neck/throat muscles, ear area, left shoulder joint, left side of my chest/rib area, left shoulder blade, back area, left hip, left buttock, left knee, etc.  It's not a sharp pain, more a dull ache that makes me feel kind of sick to my stomach.  Sometimes I feel like if I belch it helps a bit around my rib cage area.  I feel like I need to stretch out the muscles or that somethings is just "out".  Anyone have any ideas on this?

Hope you see this as it's been a few years since you posted this! Did you ever get any diagnosis or help? I have the exact same symptoms only all on my right side. Neck, shoulder, ribs, hip, knee, sometimes ankle and fingers. Any tests have come back normal but I haven't had many to be honest as my doc thinks it's all in my head. I also get the bleeding when I blow my nose. Fed up of being worried sick. I've also thought I have everything under the sun, including cancer. Just wish I could get some relief and stop worrying.

My problems started more than 10 yrs ago.  All pain is on the left side, primarily in the hip/knee/shoulder areas, but radiates all over core on left side.  I've been to see Chiroprators/physiotherapists/Gp's/Osteopaths/massage therapists/accupuncturist.  Best results were with Chiro/massage combo.  None were able to give me a difinitive diagnosis, but we have recently been focussing on the psoas muscle.  That's why I've just ordered this product:  http://www.sacrowedgy.com/ and will let you know how it works.  Hope this helps!

Let's keep this thread going...I'ts nice to meet people with similar symptoms...maybe we can solve things together.

I've been dealing with this very similiar phenomenom for almost 3 months.... I've had an MRI of brain and left cervical and a chest catscan which are all clear.... somedays its in my chest, ribs and back, then in neck and jaw, then hip and knee, and sometimes arm...all left side...I'll keep this short...I have a couple more blood tests this week, so I'm waiting a few more days...then I'm going to a chiropractor with a really good reputation, because from the 3 months of stress I've endured and the dozens of hours of research and reading I've done I would have to say the only thing left is that my back is out of alignment and has been for months... my situation came on after a bad day of tennis. There were days I thought I had MS, stroke, cancer and everything imaginable....so I would start with a good chiropractor, get references though because they are all not the same...try to find one who is also a physical therapist.....
