Terrible Base of Skull Pain

I suffered a lower back fracture a few years ago from cheerleading with no surgical intervention. Recently I have had terrible headaches in which I am sensitive to light and pain so severe at the base of my skull it is hard to lay down or even touch my head. It happens about once a week and no OTC anti-inflammatories have worked. All doctors I have seen tell me they have no answers and I need help, the pain is becoming unbearable.

Have u seen a chiropractor? You could have a "locked skull". Your symptoms sound very similar to what I exerienced.

hey, I might  be on the wrong the track but your headache sounds like a migraine. so not sure if that is related to your back injury.

sorry I'm not much help.
