Tight Neck and Chest Muscles with Dizziness

Please help me.  I have been diagnosed with degenerative disk disease in the cervical (C2) area.  My neck mucles are very tight and I am constantly dizzy.  I have had tests for sinuses and ear problems and everything was fine.  I went to a neurologist and he said everything was fine.  I have gone to the emergency room numerous times - they did a chest x ray and EKG and everything was fine.  I have tight chest muscles on my left side of chest and sometimes I get very fatigue.  The doctors are thinking that I have anxiety and put me on prestique.  However, I am still feeling dizzy.  The only time I feel good is when I wake up from sleeping.  But once I get up and walk around a little, I start to get dizzy again.  Someone please help me with what I can do.  I live a very aweful life the way I feel.  I am only 35 years old male.  Thank you so much for your help.

I think you might be having a case of bad muscle habits. I recognize your symptoms with my own problems which basically boil down to me over tensing muscles when they don't need to be tense which puts alot of extra pressure on the spine.
Look into Alexander Technique, Bikram yoga, or some form of Tai Chi to help you control your body better.
