1.minimal spondylosis at C3-C4 where left paracentral protrusion mildly effaces the ventral thecal sac.
2. Nonspecific straightening of cervical lordosis.

Sounds like a nerve problem. A good Doctor will treat the symptoms and not worry about what the MRI shows or doesn't' show.

I have had server pain in back of left shoulder radiating to upper left side of neck. Shoulder sometimes burns, itch, & go numb along with d pain. Doc says MRI results does not support symptoms but when I look it up online, my symptoms support my diagnose
