can I mix the following drugs

can xanax be taken with percocet and celexa

Thank you for the response.  I take Celexa, 20 mg. twice a day.  Percocet is prescribed 7.5 every 8 hours.  I take Xanax, 1 mg. normally twice a day as needed.  So, as you can see they are not all taken together at the same time.  I just wondered if is okay to use these three drugs safely as prescribed.  Thanks again.

If prescribed to be taken at the same time, you could mix these drugs to take them together. However, if prescribed for different times of the day, it is advised not to take these together, due to potential side effects. The benefits of taking the drugs are well evaluated against the risks of taking the drugs before prescription.
