I fell on my coxxxy while learning to skate ski on hard ice surface approx 2 weeks ago. I am in good shape & exercise alot .I have the usual pain I have read about, ie:mostly when sitting & getting in/out of car. No longer hurts when I sleep on back side or sides. I saw a chiroprcator, got adjusted on my coxyx, had xays, & it's not fractured just swollen mostly. It is is still very painful at times but mostly with just sitting & getting up from chair, couch ect. I don't want to stop my exercise workouts & have been going strong & just dealing with this discomfort. As long as my exercise isn't causing much pain can i still continue or is this detrimental to the healing process? Anyone else an active person and dealing with this type of injury?( ie:gym 3-4 times a week plus skiing on weekends is my routine.) Thanks for any advice! " injured but don't want to slow down"
