discomfort on left side ribs
hi everybody, i am having a discomfort under my left rid cage it do not pain but it quite annoying. it first started at the front, then on the side now its at the back. I am having this for about 1 months.

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your pain. Possibilities that may need to be considered include gastritis, GERD, respiratory infections/ inflammations, pleuritis, chest wall inflammation etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
