I would get it checked out by an ortho as soon as i could. I recently broke my back and am learning how easy you can mess it up. It could be a bulging disc or if you fell real hard you could of messed up a vertabrae. Please go to a doctor and find out

sometimes when you have a fall a disc gets pushed out of shape, and causes this type of pain, it can even cause your legs to ache and burn.
